FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens to my legal fee if my case is unsuccessful? Is there any guarantee?

It is a disciplinary violation for attorneys to guarantee the issuance of a visa. However, under our contract, if the case does not result in a visa, 90% of the fee will be refunded to the client, while 10% is retained to cover incurred costs.

  • Do I have to pay the entire fee upfront?

No. The full attorney’s fee is not collected in a single payment. Instead, it is received in fair and reasonable installments. Our contracts are both fair and flexible.

  • Who supervises attorneys and immigration agencies?

Licensed attorneys are regulated by disciplinary bodies, such as the Bar Association’s Prosecutor’s Office or the Judiciary’s Center for Attorneys. In contrast, immigration agencies operate without oversight, and if they present themselves as attorneys without holding a valid law license, they are committing the crime of impersonating an attorney, which carries legal penalties.

  • Why should I choose a licensed immigration attorney?

Non-attorney agencies have no authority to appeal immigration office decisions in court. If your case is rejected, they will leave you with a rejection record, forcing you to hire an actual immigration lawyer and pay additional fees to pursue an appeal. A licensed immigration attorney, however, can appeal in court without charging any additional fees, ensuring your case has the best chance of overcoming rejection.
